Taking only juice from freshly pressed English cider apples and perry pears from orchards across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Herefordshire, Allen Hogan and his team ferment and blend slowly to create a range of fun, innovative and quite provoking ciders

High Sobriety (500ml glass bottle) 1.0% – £4.50

High by name but low by nature.  This light, refreshing and gently sparkling low alcohol cider is no less authentically pressed than any of our brilliantly tasty ciders

Got Anything Fruity (500ml glass bottle) 4.0% – £4.50

The name for this cider came from being asked ‘Got Anything Fruity?’ at various events across the country. Pure fruit juice (not from concentrate) has been fermented with a Brett yeast and then blended with Hogan’s cider, also fermented with a Brett yeast. Mouth puckeringly fruity!

Gose Against the Grain (500ml glass bottle) 4.7% – £4.50

This is a mineral, saline sour, lip licking delicious cider. Hints of the seaside, the Gose style accentuates our cider’s appleyness! We’ve taken our Brettanomyces fermented cider with its farmyard notes and sharp overtones and included a little Cornish sea salt to bring out the character of this lovely cider

French Revelation Keeved (500ml glass bottle) 4.8% – £4.50

This Breton style keeved cider is smooth, velvety and oh so richly flavoursome. Keeving retains the natural sweetness of the apples by preventing full fermentation and delivers a big tannic punch and a more full-bodied feeling, similar to good apple juice.

Dry Deep and Smokey (500ml glass bottle) 5.8% – £4.50

A challenging, full bodied and properly dry cider; golden in colour with punchy, smokey and peaty notes that give an earthiness so wonderfully reminiscent of our rural surroundings.

From south-western France; a blend of gooseberry, herbs and juicy white peach
