You will need to understand the principles of protecting service users’ data and be tenacious in getting the details you need to keep contracts up to date.
Based primarily at the Ullenwood site near Cheltenham, you will also work closely with colleagues at all the other National Star sites. In agreement with your Line Manager, and subject to review if required, proportion of home working considered after initial training period. There may be a requirement to visit other locations of service delivery and to attend meetings, events, conferences or training.
Working 25 hours over a minimum of 4 days a week, hours can be flexible in agreement with Line Manager. This post is 52 weeks a year with 25 days annual leave (prorated) plus bank holidays.
