The successful candidate will join our experienced team of learning support staff, job mentors and teaching team to develop and deliver work outcomes that achieve the best results for each individual student. You will be working primarily in a community based location with learners on a Skills for Work programme, though there may also be a requirement to work with other cross college learners.
The purpose of this role is to support learners with a range of SEN to develop the knowledge, understanding and skills that enable them to secure sustainable paid employment or voluntary work on leaving college.
