Personalised programmes

Our personalised programmes are designed to meet each learner’s unique needs and aspirations. Depending on individual goals, programmes may include functional English and maths, life skills like cooking and community access, work-based learning, sensory exploration, social enterprise activities, and horticulture.

We offer four distinct pathways, each focused on achieving specific learner outcomes. All pathways emphasise progress in key areas of the Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP), including:

  • Physical and sensory development
  • Self-care and independence
  • Social and emotional health
  • Communication and interaction
  • Cognition and learning

Our small class sizes ensure that each student receives the dedicated time and support they need to prepare for life after college.

Our newly designed learning spaces include:

  • A fully accessible kitchen for practising life skills
  • A sensory room for relaxation and engagement in calming activities
  • Access to an independent living flat where students can develop their independence in a home-like environment

In addition to highly skilled tutors, our team includes physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, behaviour support practitioners, and experienced care and support workers.

For the first time in a long time it feels like we have educators on board that want to work together with us to achieve the best outcome for our young person, something that we have been striving for, for a long time.
