Take some time to explore what is on our doorstep or go further afield whilst raising funds for National Star. Seek your adventure and get set for what promises to be a life-changing challenge. Achieve an incredible personal goal, whilst supporting people with disabilities to achieve theirs too.

Here are just some of the challenges you can do:

Lake District Triple Challenge (2 days)

This incredible challenge pits you against the spectacular adventure playground of the Lake District National Park.

Trek to the summit of one of the Lake District’s most iconic peaks, the Old Man of Coniston, before testing yourself on the off-road mountain bike trails of Grizedale forest, then kayak across iconic Coniston Water.

The hire of all bikes, kayaks and safety equipment is included in the challenge.

Snowdon at Night Challenge (2 days)

Beginning in the town of Llanberis, in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, this spectacular challenge will see you and fellow fundraisers trekking to the top of Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa)….at night.

Next available dates: 19 – 20 October 2024, 19 – 20 July 2025, 4 – 5 October 2025.

Icelandic Lava Trek (5 days)

Home to some of Europe’s most incredible landscapes, the Iceland Lava Trek takes in thundering waterfalls, steaming lava fields, plunging fjords and spouting geysers. Crossing the phenomenal Landmannalaugar, the route is through one of the most actively volcanic and alien landscapes in Iceland, provding awe-inspiring views at every step.

Next available dates: 4 – 8 September 2024, 2 – 6 July 2025, 6 – 10 August 2025, 3 – 7 September 2025.
